How long does a custom home build take?

Most homes take about a year from the day drawings begin to the final walkthrough. Typical builds range from 10 to 18 months depending on the size, design, and overall complexity of the project. The actual construction of the home is typically no more than 9 months.

Do you build homes on acreage with no utlities on it?

Absolutley! We have developed raw land numerous times before. Not only do we design and build your home we also handle all of the site development. We have a great team experienced in drilling wells for water, septic design and install, and road improvements to handle anything you need.

What area do you serve?

We are based in Spokane, WA, and serve the surrounding region. We are around a 75 mile radius but depending on the project size and scope we have gone further.
